MothertoBaby
We are proud to be an affiliate service of MOTHERTOBABY, an organization of teratogen information specialists in the US. We are 1 of 14 teratogen information services(TIS) in the US. This network of TIS has launched a new initiative with the Health Resources and Services Administration of the Department of Health and Human Services.
MotherToBaby is a service of the Organization of Teratology Information Services (OTIS). OTIS is a professional scientific society made up of experts who provide the MotherToBaby services, sometimes called teratogen information services. OTIS is also made up of researchers who conduct the MotherToBaby pregnancy studies, as well as other specialists committed to understanding and communicating the effects of exposures during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Teratology is the study of birth defects caused by exposures during pregnancy.
